HR Partnering & Culture

  • Champion DHL values and create a culture of recognition and accountability.
Compliance & Risk
  • Stay sharp on labour laws and ethical standards.
  • Partner with ER/IR on complex cases and CCMA prep.
HR Analytics
  • Turn data into insights that move the needle on engagement, diversity, and performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years as a business partner.
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition (you know your stuff!).
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge in complex environments.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Industrial Psychology, or similar (Honours = bonus points).
