Job summary

A prominent HR solutions provider in East London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to co-ordinate personnel administration, facilitate training, and manage performance appraisals. Candidates should possess a B Degree in Human Resource Management and have at least 5 years of HR experience. Proficiency in Sage HR software is essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to HR projects and drive best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience is required.
  • Knowledge of HR management software (Sage 300) is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate Personnel Administration.
  • Facilitate the induction process and exit interviews.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Facilitate IR matters including disciplinary and grievances.
  • Administer death and disability matters.
  • Facilitate and assess training as per company requirements.
  • Engage in HR related projects and CSR activities.
  • Perform HR related audits.
  • Provide management with feedback on all functions.
  • Implement best practices through benchmarking.
