Requirements
  • Grade 12.
  • Tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software or tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support HR initiatives.
Experience
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies.
  • Support personnel management, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
  • Assist with employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and communication.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with HR management to support workplace initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Knowledge & Skills
