Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support its growing team and streamline day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings and advertising for new openings across various platforms.
  • Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support in conducting interviews and assisting with salary discussions and offer preparation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and CRM tools.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies and documentation.
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with management on performance tracking and employee reviews.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Assistant or similar administrative HR role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management / collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Nice to Have: Experience supporting a U.S.-based or service-oriented company.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor compliance standards.
