A client of ours is looking for a confident and professional HR and Payroll Clerk to manage the human resource function and oversee payroll processing for monthly salaried employees and bi-weekly wage earners. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements
  • Payroll and HR qualification/certificate
  • Mathematics taken in high school
  • Minimum of 5 years' payroll experience, including experience on VIP
Responsibilities
  • Process monthly salaries and bi-weekly wages on Sage VIP
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding, and terminations
  • Manage HR policies, disciplinary processes, and staff communication
  • Serve as the first point of contract for employee queries
  • Perform company secretarial work including:
    • CIPC submissions
    • Annual returns
    • Director changes
    • Maintaing statutory records
  • Support management with HR compliance and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards
