Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a skilled HR and Finance Assistant in Krugersdorp. This role involves managing HR databases, supporting payroll preparation, and providing administrative support to the project team. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 certificate and have at least 2 years of administrative experience. The salary for this position ranges from R15,000 to R20,000 depending on experience. Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled HR and Finance Assistant to join their team.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with HR and Finance experience being a bonus.

Qualifications

Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Software: The successful candidate must be PC literate and have experience working with MS Office applications.

Duties
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Purchasing company groceries and consumables
  • Manage and review filing and office systems
  • Follow up on debtors' accounts
  • Provide administration support to the project team
  • Assist with company social events
  • Administer the stock control system
  • Assist with the uptake of ISO documentation
  • Manage stationery requirements and purchasing
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records, leave records, work rosters, and disciplinary records
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data, such as absences and leave
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees' requests and provide timely information
  • Coordinate any training requests with the HR Manager
  • Provide orientations for new employees and assist in drafting new employee contracts
  • Coordinate emergency / day-to-day repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate queries forwarded to the Facilities Department
  • Prepare invoices for approval prior to payment
  • Coordinate and compile incident reports as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Salary

The salary for this position is negotiable and will range from R15, to R20, depending on experience.
