Role Overview

The HR and Admin Assistant will provide support across recruitment, HR operations, and general administrative functions. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations while assisting in building and managing talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in on‑boarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
  • Handle general administrative tasks: filing, correspondence, office organization, and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR documentation as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and other HR processes when required.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and candidates regarding HR queries.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
