A reputable logistics company in Gauteng is seeking an HR Administrator to provide operational and administrative support across branches. The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in HR, strong skills in document management, and familiarity with the National Bargaining Council. This full-time role requires in-person attendance and some travel to various branches.
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to all the Transmart branches. The incumbent will manage documentation flow regarding personnel files, employment contracts, job descriptions, pension fund, leave applications, manpower statistics, etc. They will maintain a computerised/shared drive HR platform ensuring data is up to date and address staff queries & advise on company benefits and policies. Travel to branches may be required.

Ability to commute / relocate: Boksburg, Gauteng – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
