Introduction
The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager.
The role is located in the Cape Winelands.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Administration of Time and Attendance
- Process accurately and submit timeously.
- Review time sheets and wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Verify attendance, hours worked and post information into designated records
- Maintain and update employee and payroll records.
- Timeous submission of payroll input daily, weekly & monthly
- Maintaining of filing system of personnel files, leave, sick and payroll records.
- Capturing and storage of all personnel data
- Compiling weekly reports, absenteeism reports, daily wage reports etc.
- Resolving pay queries
- Assisting HR Team with all other ad-hoc duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Qualification And Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Time and Attendance Clerk / Wage Clerk/ Administrator
- Knowledge of Kronos Time and Attendance Access Control is essential.
- Computer Literacy: MS Word / Excel / Outlook
