Role Purpose

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Employee Relations Director by facilitating the successful administration of HR projects related to restructuring. This position is essential for ensuring effective collaboration across functional teams, tracking project deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with the Heads of HR and other stakeholders. The incumbent will help streamline processes, enhance project visibility, and contribute to the overall success of the restructuring initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Employee Relations Director in the administration of HR projects, particularly those related to restructuring processes.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams, including to help coordinate restructure deliverables and minimise risks.
  • Work with Compensation and Benefits specialists to ensure alignment on compensation‑related matters during the restructuring.
  • Liaise with the Heads of HR on their in‑country deliverables to facilitate ease of tracking the project.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring that timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Additional Information
