A Human Capital consultancy in Johannesburg seeks an HR Officer to manage recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. Candidates must have a Grade 12 qualification and a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word, are essential. Knowledge of relevant legislation is also required. Competitive salary offered.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA, SDA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and induction processes.
- Manage employee onboarding and payroll monthly.
- Process employee benefits and handle terminations.
- Compile HR and Payroll reports and ensure compliance.
