Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Maintain and safeguard confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Partner with the COO on employee relations, skills development, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment planning and staff development with managers and trainers.
  • Support with reporting, company culture initiatives, and CSI projects.
  • Manage office operations, suppliers, and team events to keep the workplace running smoothly.
  • Act as a trusted PA to the COO, assisting with day-to-day tasks and strategic projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Matric + Relevant HR qualifications / certificates (attach to CV).
  • 5+ years of HR Administration / PA experience (Tourism industry experience highly advantageous).
  • Strong recruitment, onboarding, and employee management background.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A discreet, adaptable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
