To lead the HR Administration function within HR Shared Services, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely service delivery of employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative support. This includes direct supervision of HR administrators and driving continuous process improvements aligned with service-level agreements. This role also plays a critical role in the transition toward a formal HR Shared Services environment. The successful candidate will actively support the Head of HR Shared Services in designing, building, and embedding new workflows, systems, and service standards. They will be instrumental in operationalising shared services by refining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent delivery across functions as part of this strategic transformation.
