Job summary

A leading retail organization is seeking an HR Consultant to manage HR responsibilities. The role involves service delivery in HR functions, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Candidates should have an HR Degree or Diploma, with at least 3 years of HR experience and proficiency in MS Office. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential. This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of HR, Labour Relations and Administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous.
  • Registration with Zambian Human Resource Institute of Management (ZHRIM) advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient service delivery of administration across HR functions.
  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with training initiatives.
