Job summary

MedE Recruit is seeking a HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join a reputable Pretoria East dental practice on a permanent basis. The role offers a flexible working environment with approximately 140–160 working hours per month and strong administrative support.

The compensation is commission-based, at 33%–50% of turnover, payable on all patients treated, with no deductions for bad debts; the successful candidate will manage their own billing with chairside support from a dedicated Dental Assistant.

Qualifications

• HPCSA registration in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in private dental practice (essential).
• Valid malpractice/professional indemnity insurance.
• Excellent clinical skills with a patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Dentists are responsible for managing their own billing.
• A dedicated Dental Assistant will provide chairside support.
• The practice uses the GoodX practice management system.
