Irene Country Hotel, Centurion. Nestled in the heart of Irene, our five‑star country hotel combines timeless elegance with warm South African hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all rooms and facilities meet five‑star standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and on‑the‑job training.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and chemical safety.
  • Ability to work flexible and varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
