What Youll Do
  • Keep Our Buildings Full & Happy:
    Help prospective tenants, arrange viewings, and make move-ins and move-outs stress-free.
  • Manage Rent & Accounts:
    Send statements, follow up on late payments, and keep everything on track.
  • Lead Our Team & Service Providers:
    Motivate staff, oversee cleaners, maintenance, and security teams, and ensure top-notch service.
  • Maintain & Secure Our Spaces:
    Inspect buildings, handle repairs, and make sure everything is safe and clean.
  • Build Community:
    Encourage tenant participation, resolve issues, and create a positive living environment.
  • Stay Organized:
    Complete reports, attend meetings, and keep admin tasks up to date.
What Were Looking For
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in building management
