The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas to 5-star standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are serviced according to hotel procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Assist with laundry and linen management as required.
  • Adhere to health safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Provide exceptional service with attention to guest comfort and privacy.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in housekeeping in a high-end hotel environment.
  • Resides locally in Hout Bay or nearby areas.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and handle housekeeping equipment.
  • Professional discreet and guest-focused demeanour.
