HOTEL-SPA RESERVATIONIST

TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA)

START: ASAP / 01 December 2025

SHIFTS:
  • Monday – Sunday
  • 09:00 - 18:00 (shifts vary)
  • 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week
  • Annual Leave
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Matric (Grade 12)
  2. Certification in Hospitality (Spa / Tourism / Hospitality)
  3. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star hospitality employee
  4. Guest services orientated
  5. Bookings & Reservations confident
  6. Receptionist duties experienced including E-mail, WhatsApp & Mailer
  7. Previous experience working in a SPA
EXPERIENCE:
  1. Spa Reservations or Guest Relations in a Hotel and Spa
  2. International employment experience is advantageous
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  1. Confident operating a very busy reception area
  2. Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple points of communication simultaneously
  3. Confident processing bookings, payments and perform administrative tasks
  4. Confident in your lingo of the spa sector
  5. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
  6. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
