Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless world-class guest experience.
As the Hotel Manager you will take full responsibility for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay from arrival to departure. Youll lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple departments drive operational efficiency and maintain impeccable service and cleanliness standards throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent delivery of world-class service across all guest touchpoints.
- Oversee and enforce policies and standards impacting guest safety comfort and satisfaction.
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas rooms and facilities to ensure top-tier presentation and cleanliness.
- Monitor guest journeys and feedback implementing continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance to address urgent matters and uphold project timelines.
- Drive weekly forecasting and planning to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain full oversight of arrivals departures and special requests.
- Support the selection onboarding and development of high-performing team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with the companys Code of Conduct.
- Work closely with Finance and Procurement to manage budgets and maintain inventory levels.
- Partner with third-party suppliers to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Hotel Management experience within a 5star Hotel / Property
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in the use of Protel and MS office
- Valid drivers license
- Proficient in budgeting P&L management and forecasting
