We are seeking an experienced HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER to lead a luxury boutique property in the Mooi River area, KZN. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the hotel maintains its reputation for exceptional service and compliance with brand and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Finance) and ensure smooth daily operations with high service standards.
• Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor P&L, control costs, and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff; foster a positive culture of teamwork and service excellence; manage performance and compliance with labour laws.
• Sales & Guest Experience: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to grow revenue streams, build client relationships, and enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations; oversee maintenance, security, and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience
