Job summary

The Capital Hotels & Apartments seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to supervise daily maintenance and facilities operations, including security, pool and grounds. This role serves as Second in Charge and leads the Maintenance team when the Facilities Manager is unavailable.

Minimum requirements include Matric and 3–5 years’ related experience, with a hands-on problem-solving approach, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills. Relocation is not provided; apply with confidence.

Qualifications

Matric required.
3–5 years’ Assistant Facilities Management experience.
Hands on problem-solving approach and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to work as part of a team, and independently.
Effective communication with staff and guests.
