A growing online travel business in Cape Town is seeking a Host Success Consultant to join their sales team. This hybrid role focuses on outbound communication to engage potential property partners. Our client, a growing online travel business is currently expanding and looking for a Host Success Consultant to join their sales team!

One would require a persistent and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with the business. Someone who thrives in a is driven, has a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, and possess excellent communication skills.
Main purpose of the role would be to identify and engage with potential property partners and property management companies, by sourcing new leads per geographical area. The Host Success Consultant will work closely with the Sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
The role will entail 95% outbound communication and 5% inbound communication.
Working hours : 7:30 to 16:30, 8:00 to 17:00 and 8:30 to 17:30.
Agents will be required to work some weekends depending on shifting, usually just 1 weekend a month, either a Saturday or Sunday / or both.
Agents will be compensated for working on weekends
Agents will be required to work some public holidays and will receive compensation for this.
