SUMMARY

Car Sales Host

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with proven experience in a customer-service–driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the business.
Will also count highly in your favour if you have
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (dealership, car rental, or related environment).
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.
  • Sales experience, or experience with up-selling of products or services.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
  • Warmly greet and welcome clients visiting the showroom.
  • Provide a professional first point of contact for all walk-in customers.
  • Ensure each client enjoys a smooth, efficient, and memorable buying journey.
  • Maintain a welcoming, approachable, and informative presence at all times.
  • Answer product-related queries in a clear and professional manner.
CRM MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS ANALYSIS
  • Capture client information accurately using the CRM system.
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and assist in building tailored deals.
VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS
  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations.
UPSELLING OF ADD-ON PRODUCTS
  • Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance customer purchases.
TEAM COLLABORATION AND ADMINISTRATION
  • Coordinate with the Admin Supervisor and Assistant to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM records updated and accurate after each customer interaction.
