Car Sales Host
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with proven experience in a customer-service–driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the business.
Will also count highly in your favour if you have
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (dealership, car rental, or related environment).
- Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.
- Sales experience, or experience with up-selling of products or services.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Warmly greet and welcome clients visiting the showroom.
- Provide a professional first point of contact for all walk-in customers.
- Ensure each client enjoys a smooth, efficient, and memorable buying journey.
- Maintain a welcoming, approachable, and informative presence at all times.
- Answer product-related queries in a clear and professional manner.
CRM MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS ANALYSIS
- Capture client information accurately using the CRM system.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and assist in building tailored deals.
VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations.
UPSELLING OF ADD-ON PRODUCTS
- Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance customer purchases.
TEAM COLLABORATION AND ADMINISTRATION
- Coordinate with the Admin Supervisor and Assistant to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep CRM records updated and accurate after each customer interaction.
