The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record in managing budgets and ensuring service excellence. This role offers a competitive salary of R 22 500 per month.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, lodge, or hospitality management role.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, GP/COS control, and revenue reporting.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.

Hospitality & Lodge Management (Commercial Manager)

Location: Brits, North West Province

Salary: R 22 500 per month

We’re seeking an experienced Lodge / Hospitality Manager (Commercial Manager) to oversee all aspects of lodge operations, from guest experience and financial management to team leadership and service excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Finance
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in a commercial, lodge, or hospitality management role
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, GP/COS control, and revenue reporting
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lodge/property management systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
  • Professional grooming and presentation standards
