A leading private hospital group is seeking to appoint a dynamic and strategic Hospital General Manager . The successful individual will provide strong leadership to the hospital management team driving operational excellence sustainable performance and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing hospital strategy fostering a culture of inclusivity engaging a wide network of stakeholders and ensuring strong doctor relations to support business sustainability.

Requirements :

• A 3-year bachelors degree (NQF level 7) in a relevant field; a postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role preferably within the hospital or broader service industry.
• Proven ability to grow market share and deliver against performance targets.
• Strong relationship-building negotiation and strategic partnership capabilities.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex evolving environment.
