Job summary

RMB seeks a Personal Financial Advisor to deliver goal-based financial advice within the FNB branch environment in Cape Town. You will leverage a trusted brand, client ecosystem and digital tools to provide holistic investment and life insurance solutions.

You will conduct needs analyses, propose suitable products, engage clients at the branch, and grow a sustainable practice while meeting AUM and API targets.

Qualifications

• Must have FAIS knowledge and regulatory compliance
• Experience in financial planning, investments and insurance solutions
• Proven ability to build client relationships and convert referrals

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans
• Recommend investments, insurance and wealth solutions
• Engage branch clients and convert opportunities into new business
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews
• Achieve targets for AUM and API while maintaining records and compliance
