Formación

• FSCA-recognised FAIS qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher).
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) completed.
• Fully Fit & Proper compliant FAIS for applicable categories.
• Fully authorised for required FAIS subcategories.
• Completed Class of Business (COB): Investments, Long-Term Insurance, Pension Fund Benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Engage customers within branches to build advice-driven relationships.
• Convert referrals into new business and targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with regular reviews.
• Achieve sales, activity, AUM and API targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Adhere to FAIS, governance standards and regulatory obligations.
