Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required; higher qualifications preferred.
• Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree requested.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience; 2 years in a relationship banker role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deliver banking solutions to high value SBS clients; deliver on targeted products and services.
• Improve client service by offering relevant products based on client needs.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high value, complex clients.
• Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities with client engagements.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis across clients to deepen Nedbank relationships.
• Respond promptly to tasks and responsibilities in the systems.
• Build professional relationships with high value clients and manage expectations.
• Deliver banking solutions aligned to client business and personal needs.
• Collaborate with specialists to create value-based solutions.
• Comply with risk standards and Nedbank policies through training.
