Job summary

Applicants should have N-4 NCV in Engineering, or Technical Grade 11 or Grade 12 with Maths, Science and English. Prior artisan-aid experience for RPL is considered; successful completion leads to an Occupational Certificate.

Qualifications

• N-4 NCV Certificate for Engineering and Related Design is preferred.
• Technical Grade 11 with Maths, Science and English is acceptable.
• Grade 12 with Maths, Science and English is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Complete apprenticeship programme in line with MERSETA Learner/Apprenticeship requirements.
• Dismantle, diagnose faults, and repair heavy equipment components.
• Adhere to bursary requirements and internal agreements.
