Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in a quality compliance role.
• Good knowledge of GDP/GMP, WHO and IATA CEIV desirable.
• Experience in leading customer and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality processes across FedEx network.
• Act as primary contact for healthcare customers on regulatory matters.
