Job summary

Introduction

We are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities Manager to join and lead the team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain OHS systems, policies, andprocedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incidentinvestigations.
  • Manage facilities operations including maintenance,security, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and environmentalregulations.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and sustainabilityinitiatives.
  • Oversee contractor management and service providers.
  • Maintain safety documentation and prepare regularreports.
  • Manage HSE budget.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, EnvironmentalManagement, or related field
  • SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certification(advantageous).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Health, Safety, andFacilities Management role
  • Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Building Regulations, andEnvironmental legislation
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers
  • Experience managing HSE at multiple office sites(advantageous).
Skills required:
