Job summary

Placements24 in Nelspruit is seeking a certified Head Personal Trainer to lead the personal training team and develop client-focused programs. You will mentor staff, design individualized plans, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention in a dynamic wellness center.

The ideal candidate has a national PT certification, at least 4 years of experience including leadership, and strong communication skills to motivate clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Personal Trainer (ACE/NASM/REPSSA) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal training, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to design effective and safe workout programs for various fitness levels and goals.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized fitness and nutrition plans for a diverse client base.
• Conduct fitness assessments, track client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
