Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the CEO’s office,
  • Manage high priority initiatives and ensure alignment with the organization’s broader goals and strategies.
  • Manage complex, time-sensitive issues while maintaining discretion, confidentiality
  • Support the CEO in various operational, strategic, and administrative tasks and liaison with head office divisions.
  • Responsible for the formulating or adjusting of the programmes for major functions / divisions / department.
  • Advising line managers on the relevant work and policies.
  • Execute policies and decisions that was formulated by the F band.
  • Set business objectives and strategy the specific division.
  • Allocate resources in major departments / functions / divisions.
  • Managing employees within the band.
