Job summary

You will empty bins, keep staff areas organized, stock bathrooms, and prepare tea, coffee and refreshments for staff, management and visitors; also prepare boardrooms for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Hygiene
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Head Office.
• Clean offices, reception areas, boardrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and sanitize areas as required.
• Empty bins and maintain general office hygiene.
• Keep kitchens and staff areas clean and organised.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean and adequately stocked.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff, management and visitors.
• Prepare boardrooms and meeting rooms for meetings.
