A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Trade Sales in Cape Town to drive international wholesale growth. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in managing relationships with retailers in the premium consumer goods sector. Responsibilities include market development, sales planning, and brand stewardship. This is a full-time onsite role requiring strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.

Your Mission: Lead and grow our global trade business while protecting the brand's premium positioning.
You'll balance strategy and execution — growing revenue, deepening partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency across every channel.
Key Focus Areas :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA advantageous).
Experience with multi‑region logistics and 3PL partners (UK / EU / US / AUS) is a plus.
This is an onsite role based in Cape Town. You'll need your own transport (mileage reimbursed at SARS rates).
