Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching technology and/or engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in curriculum development for technology and engineering subjects.
• Strong understanding of current technological trends and their application in education.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technology and Engineering department, encompassing subjects like design and technology, robotics, and computer-aided design.
• Develop and implement an innovative and relevant curriculum that prepares students for future technological challenges.
