An exciting position has become available for a hospitality experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join this international team based in Cape Town.

As Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding you’ll be leading recruitment & Onboarding teams overseeing all aspects of the talent acquisition process from sourcing & screening candidates to extending offers & facilitating onboarding.

This position requires strong leadership skills, HR expertise, & a deep understanding of the hospitality industry both locally & internationally.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and leadership roles within the HR field, with specific experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital interviewing platforms, & other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and develop effective reporting
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
