The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic procurement frameworks, strengthen supplier networks, and drive operational excellence across purchasing, warehousing, and . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s commercial and operational goals.
• Lead and mentor teams across procurement, warehousing, and dispatch to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiation processes to ensure quality, value, and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, distribution, and warehouse management for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Implement data-driven decision-making through performance metrics, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation, ethical standards, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (minimum 3-year qualification) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field – non-negotiable .
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on procurement.
• CIPS Level 6 qualification advantageous.
• Proven record of leadership in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
• Based within driving distance of Chloorkop, Midrand.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport, with willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using ERP or supply chain software systems.
