Key Requirements

  • Strong grasp of sales KPIs: RPC, BI / hr, CI / hr, Sales Ratio, Response Rates
  • Deep understanding of call centre sales strategy, compliance, and scripting
  • Highly effective leadership, motivational, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
