Key Requirements
- Matric and FAIS-compliant; Key Individual registration essential
- 8+ years in sales leadership within a large call centre (500+ seats)
- Proven track record in building and scaling high-performance sales teams
- Strong grasp of sales KPIs: RPC, BI / hr, CI / hr, Sales Ratio, Response Rates
- Deep understanding of call centre sales strategy, compliance, and scripting
- Highly effective leadership, motivational, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
- Ability to operate under pressure and deliver measurable growth
