The opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role at a new and fast-growing purpose-driven Australian pet insurance company. As the Head of Sales and Distribution you wont just be managing targets youll be shaping the future of our sales and service experience leading a newly established team and overseeing the performance of a product that genuinely makes a difference.

Youll work directly and collaborate with a highly engaged executive team giving you real influence over the customer journey. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of our sales and distribution function balancing strategy and execution while fostering a culture of accountability care and high performance.

This role is based in our Newcastle office with on-site parking provided.

About the role
  • Lead and inspire our sales and service teams to exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Build and maintain distribution channels and partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Oversee customer experience and retention strategies including third-party provider relationships.
  • Partner with marketing finance compliance and legal to align on key initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations risk frameworks and company policies.
  • Drive operational excellence through coaching training and process improvement.
  • Champion the use of technology to optimise lead generation reporting and workflow.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to the executive team.
