Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage manufacturing of made‑to‑order workflows to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfilment.
• Oversee damage‑free delivery and installation of high‑value furniture pieces.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient communication.
• Continually optimise our social media platform's presentation and user journey to ensure an effective digital shopping experience.
• Oversee all social media channels and manage product content creation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous retail experience of at least 1 year.
