We’re helping a growth-focused marketing agency find a Head of Performance Marketing (Part-Time / Fractional) to lead high-value client relationships and elevate the agency’s paid media offering.
You’ll design, refine, and oversee data-driven performance strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms — focusing on lead quality, scalability, and ROI. Working closely with a PPC Specialist handling execution, you’ll take ownership of strategy, client communication, and growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a senior performance marketer who combines strategic vision with deep technical understanding — confident engaging with senior marketing leaders from global brands and shaping large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
Part-Time: 2–3 days/week (~10–20 hours/week, with potential to scale to full-time)
Schedule: GMT/BST hours (with some overlap with early US hours preferred)
Location: Fully Remote (PH & South Africa-based candidates are preferred)

Rate:$600-$1600/month (based on a 10-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead sophisticated, multi-channel paid media strategies that prioritize lead quality and conversion performance.
 
- Create and test new campaign frameworks tailored to audience segments by industry or lifecycle stage.
 
- Identify and scale high-performing channels beyond Google and LinkedIn to diversify traffic and acquisition sources.
 
- Conduct quarterly strategic planning sessions with clients, aligning marketing performance with business outcomes.
 
- Design and refine attribution frameworks for complex sales cycles.
 
 
- Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
 
- Lead strategy calls, present insights, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
 - Build trusted client relationships through transparent communication and consistent value delivery.
 
- Ensure clarity, confidence, and reliability in every client interaction.
 
 
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with the PPC Specialist to turn strategy into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
 
- Review and refine campaign structures, briefs, and reporting to uphold high-quality standards.
 
- Mentor internal team members, helping strengthen the agency’s performance marketing expertise.
 
 
- Performance & Reporting
- Own accountability for improving lead quality and ROI while maintaining or scaling lead volume.
 
- Deliver actionable monthly and quarterly reports highlighting insights and growth opportunities.
 
- Track and optimize key metrics — CPL, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
 
 
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, including senior-level strategy roles.
 
- Proven success managing £100k+/month ad budgets (ideally £150k+), with documented results.
 
- Strong background in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
 
- Analytical mindset with advanced understanding of campaign attribution and funnel performance.
 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.
 
- Experience managing high-value client relationships in agency environments.
 
- Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on optimization.
 
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with B2B, higher education, or long sales-cycle campaigns.
 
- Familiarity with UK/US client accounts and international campaign delivery.
 
- Background in launching new paid media channels and scaling them from pilot to major revenue sources.
 
- Experience coaching or mentoring PPC and performance teams.
