Job summary

MSP Staffing Pty is seeking an accomplished Head of Operations & Maintenance to lead the strategy and performance of a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets in South Africa. The role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in utility-scale operations, asset management and safety governance.

You will drive O&M strategy, maximise plant availability, mentor multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' operations and maintenance experience in renewable energy or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy asset management and power generation operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Sound knowledge of power generation regulations, governance and safety standards.
• Experience managing operational budgets and business performance.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
