What You’ll Do

The role covers everything from social media and digital ads to video content, events, and community engagement. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a team that is building something exciting.

  • Manage and grow social media pages for all brands
  • Plan, create, and post weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, and Google
  • Record and edit short videos and reels with our doctors, nurses, and team members
  • Take and edit professional photos in the clinic and at events
  • Direct people during photo and video shoots
  • Respond to leads and enquiries from social media and WhatsApp
  • Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance
  • Identify and secure marketing opportunities such as wellness days, school talks, golf days, and community events
  • Work closely with management to align marketing activities with brand goals
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of (formal or informal) experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Confident in video recording and editing
  • Skilled in photo editing and short‑form content creation
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable working with healthcare professionals and the public
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Energetic, organised, and reliable
  • Own transport preferred

You are creative, proactive, and comfortable juggling different projects. You enjoy filming, editing, engaging with people, and finding new ways to build awareness. You understand how to make a brand feel alive both online and in person.
