Overview
Strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing a group-wide marketing strategy to support revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. Owns the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the implementation of a group-wide marketing strategy to support revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing central marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Brand & Digital Excellence: Ensure brand consistency while supporting unique brand identities. Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO / SEM, paid media, social media, and lead generation, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Content & Communications: Guide the creation of high-impact content, from whitepapers to executive communications.
- Public Relations: Manage PR and media relations to strengthen external presence and thought leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Sales, Product, HR, and regional leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with core business needs and provide regular strategic updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in a highly commercial organization, with at least 8 years in a senior management role.
- A minimum of 10 years' professional experience within Distribution, Services, Technical / IT, or a related multi-client environment.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, digital marketing, brand development, and marketing automation.
- A strong international marketing perspective with experience operating across multiple geographic markets.
- Deep insight into the challenges and opportunities within the Technology and IT Services sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B and Global marketing.
