Key Responsibilities

• ERP & Core Systems
  • Oversee the rebuild of the company proprietary order management platform
  • Lead a group-wide ERP implementation across all global regions
  • Modernize company systems for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity, integration, and real‑time visibility across all functions
• Business Intelligence & Data
  • Establish group‑wide data structures, reporting standards, and controls
  • Advance BI maturity to enable faster, smarter decision‑making
  • Deploy Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent platforms across regions and functions
  • Drive transparency and accountability through performance data
• Automation & Digital Execution
