Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Issuer Regulation / Corporate Finance within the JSE environment.
• Deep knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks.
• Strong judgement in complex regulatory matters.

• Provide authoritative regulatory rulings and oversee listings.
