Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory or programme management role.
• Proven track record in managing PPPs, asset management programmes, or strategic infrastructure initiatives.
• Deep understanding of PPP legislation, FM operations, and asset lifecycle principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end advisory services across the PPP lifecycle.
• Lead design and delivery of multi-year, cross-functional programmes.
• Direct long-term planning for facilities and infrastructure assets.
• Design and implement organisational infrastructure projects.
• Conduct FM assessments and provide advisory support for outsourcing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors.
