Join to apply for the Head of FP&A role at Games Global. Overview: Games Global is looking for a FP&A Lead to focus on the company's financial reporting and forecasting. The candidate will provide financial analysis, metrics and generate insights that support key initiatives. The candidate will have people leadership responsibilities and will serve as a senior leader within the global finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A team and report to Director of Corporate Finance.
  • Lead the end-to-end budgeting / forecasting process for Games Global.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the Finance function to maximize the financial and strategic strength of the Group.
  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation.
  • Provide financial decision support (budgeting / forecasting, variance analysis, headcount reporting, identification of cost drivers) to ensure optimal achievement of targets.
  • Brief and influence senior executives at Games Global on financial performance.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and provide critical business insights to the Group's leadership team.
  • Provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy.
  • Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
  • MBA, Accounting and other finance professional certificates (such as CFA) preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in FP&A plus 3 years management experience.
  • Exceptional financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear and concise insights.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and relationship building skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of iGaming and / or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
